When will my item ship?

We ship as quickly as we can, but there is a processing time, usually between 1-2 days, before your item is shipped. If the product is a PREORDER (it will be mentioned in the product name), please see the product description for further information. All packages shipped from Fort Worth, TX. 

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes! Please use our contact form located at the bottom of our website to get in touch. 

Please note, we cannot exchange or refund:

  •    Shipping charges (unless we have made a shipping error)
  •    Items in worn or damaged condition
  •    Returns or exchanges after 14 days of the ship date

Where can I find tracking information?

Tracking info is sent to the email address you entered. Use tracking data to get your purchase’s ETA, see where it is, or to reach out to the USPS in the event of an issue.

Will every item in my order ship in the same package?

Not always. But for the most part, every package will arrive in one package

This is a gift. Can you leave out pricing information?

Thanks for using us as a gift resource! We do include pricing information in our packaging slips. If you wish for that to be left out, please contact us to let us know.
